Meet Elena
I'm a full-time working mom of 2 wonderful kids (ages 12 and 17). I turned to meditation during a dark period in my life that led to stress, insomnia and health issues, I never looked back. I meditate for 15-20 minutes every morning and with time I have found that meditation helps me quiet my mind and find peace, energy and positivity within to tackle whatever life brings in my busy day.
I am on a journey to make meditation easy and accessible to everyone and help more people find their strength, peace and happiness within.
